The LVMH group has trusted Taiki to produce the makeup brush L’Essentiel, accompanying the new foundation of Guerlain brand.

This unique retractable foundation brush was designed by renowned French designer Mathieu Lehanneur, in harmony with the unique and disruptive silhouette of the foundation bottle, inspired by the subtle art of balance.

Taiki Cosmetics Europe's technical teams worked closely with Guerlain to transcribe this unique design and allow its industrialization within the Taiki Group's factories.

The ergonomics of the brush L'Essentiel allows an intuitive application gesture, sublimating the makeup result of the foundation. The particular hair shape facilitates the application which remains precise even in difficult areas like the eye contour. The complexion is even, without traces or demarcations, for a natural makeup, with a 'bare skin' effect.

The brush has been designed in PP and ABS, with a retractable golden aluminum sleeve designed to protect ultra-soft synthetic fibres. The Guerlain logo appears elegantly at the base of the brush, integrated into the injection mold. A clip-on cap completes the object, to allow easy storage and transport of the brush.
